This report looks at the true aftershocks of disaster. “They do say good things come to those who wait, but how long do you have to wait?” For many people in Christchurch the real pain of the earthquake lies in it’s aftermath, awaiting decisions from insurance companies who frivolously hold the keys to their future. For others however, the earthquake has created an opportunity for the town to come together and help engineer a promising future. “This is home, it’ll be rebuilt, we’ll be back”.
